A digital Tracking ID is provided via SMS and email as soon as your package departs our facility.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal pet food and to ensure the safety of all our animal companions, we maintain a strict No Returns or Exchanges policy once a product has left our facility.

By placing an order, you agree to our No Return & No Exchange policy.

Valid Exception Protocol

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Exceptions are made only in the following verified cases:

    Wrong Item Received
    The contents do not match your order manifest.

    Outer logistics packaging shows signs of unauthorized access.

How long will my delivery take?

Most orders reach metro cities within 3-4 days. Tier 2 and rural areas may take up to 7 business days.

Can I return an unopened bag?

To maintain our safety standards and prevent cross-contamination, we do not accept any returns once the product is shipped.

What if the seal is broken?

Please do not accept the delivery. If already accepted, email us clear photos within 24 hours for a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Doggy Diet India ships exclusively within India to ensure our fresh batches reach pets in peak condition.
